Nice and warm, but carefully designed to avoid overheating. Handwarming front pockets, a two way metal zip and a reach around pocket on the rear. Made in the SF Bay Area with imported fabric.

Warmth without overheating and sweat. Traditional winter insulation is often too hot for indoor/outdoor activity. Cyclists often find themselves drenched in sweat as they ride and then overheating the moment they step indoors. Outlier Soft Core Technology is a three layer system designed to produce optimal balanced insulation.

The inner layer is a merino knit (superfine 18.9 micron, 150 gram) for a beautiful soft feel and merino's incredible moisture and odor management properties. The mid layer is a military grade 120 gram Primaloft Infinity insulation. The outer layer can vary but in this particular case, we used a 280 gram classic virgin wool flannel to capture all the goodness that makes woven wool such a great outdoor fabric. It's quiet, water repellant, maintains it's insulation when wet, won't melt from campfire sparks and is naturally odor resistant for long wear. Plus it looks great.
